What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Buy-now-pay-later options are available at checkout where eligible.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Every order is processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase, before processing begins. Email us at contact@mynorvik.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on every order — no minimums and no handling fees.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States and Canada is 8–12 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We hope to expand further soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also follow your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns. If you are not in love with your purchase, request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee applies — this is waived if the item arrived damaged or defective. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@mynorvik.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address within one business day.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or provider to post it.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We are sorry if that happens. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.
